In December we posted this in relation to a drink drive offender:

The courts reached their decision and ruled Harjinder Singh, 37 (01/01/1988), from Southall, to be disqualified from driving for 30 months (reducible with course) due to being caught dangerously over the limit.
He was ordered to carry out 180 hours unpaid work, pay £199 in costs & surcharges and to undergo rehabilitation.
Singh had no previous offences prior to this.
